Week 79: Lambayeque
April 6, 2020
So we didn't travel today, sounds like we're leaving tomorrow, and I kind of feel like Moroni. He says farewell in his records, and then, later he writes a ton more.
Today we had a good p-day, we slept, washed clothes, and we talked with Kevin. He's still progressing. He watched General Conference yesterday and one of the talks really helped him out. The prophet speaks to every heart, if the heart is open. Like Jesus said, him who has ears to hear, let him hear, or something like that. But that was really awesome and also we got a reference that's going to get baptized with her daughter as soon as the quarantine ends.
The work is still moving forward, and that's the most important thing, there's a lot of people that are wanting to get baptized now. So it's really helping the work.
Tomorrow we really should be leaving, and we should be getting the the U.S. soon. I love this work, and we're excited for what's going to come next.
(Message from Mission Facebook Page)
Dear parents of our beloved missionaries from the United States of America, we want to inform you that your children already left Chiclayo Airport today to the city of Lima, arrived a few minutes ago in Lima, in a few minutes they will take their flight to Los Angeles. Everyone is doing great.
Thank you for your many prayers and for influencing our lives through your dear children, they were well taught by their mothers... as the scriptures say... We hope it is a great reunion as families.
We love each of them so much ♥️, we will miss them...
Winsor Balderrama S.
